You can return any item you are unhappy with for a store credit. This should be done within 14 days of receiving the item, and you will receive a voucher to your email equivalent to the original in-store purchase value.

Cash refunds can be issued for items (not orders) valued at £250 or higher.

Please note that in cases where the total order value exceeds £250 but consists of items with individual values below £250, the refund will be made in the form of store credit.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with The Cirkel tag (and any original brand tags if applicable) still attached. The item is your responsibility until we receive it back in our studio, and therefore we suggest you send it back using Royal Mail's Recorded Delivery service.

If the item is faulty or damaged (beyond as described), please accept our apologies. You will need to email to notify us of the defective item. We will then advise you of the best way to return the item and arrange a refund.


Missed the returns period? Not to worry, our Cirkel Back scheme allows you to send any item you've purchased from us, in great condition, within six months, and you'll receive a voucher worth up to 70% of the price paid (plus we will cover the postage costs!).
