How do I track my order?

For free SMS tracking please opt-in when promoted at checkout. Further tracking information can be found on your order confirmation email.

Can I return items?

You can return any item you are unhappy with for a store credit. This should be done within 14 days of receiving the item, and you will receive a voucher to your email equivalent to the original in-store purchase value.

Cash refunds can be issued for items (not orders) valued at £250 or higher.

Please note that in cases where the total order value exceeds £250 but consists of items with individual values below £250, the refund will be made in the form of store credit.

Is all the clothing clean?

All garments are professionally cleaned before dispatch. Our warehouse uses an eco-friendly technology that effectively sanitises clothing and decontaminates fabrics including a high-tech process called ozone cleaning. This helps reduce water use and avoid adverse environmental impacts from detergent use. The system has also been proven to effectively kill a vast range of germs, fungi, bacteria, and viruses such as coronavirus on clothing and fashion accessories.

What is the ‘Cirkel Back’ Scheme?

Do you have international shipping?

Yes we have international shipping and costs will be applied at checkout. We reserve the right not ship to some destinations. If you feel there may be an issue with international shipping, please email us hello@thecirkel.com

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept a range of credit / debit cards including Visa, MasterCard and American Express as well as PayPal and Apple Pay. If you have any problems with your order please contact us.

How do we price items?

We have a team dedicated to assessing the condition of the items and analysing the current resale market. We are happy to have your input if you have suggestions for retail or resale pricing. We will make price reductions at the 3-month and 6-month marks (if they haven’t sold). Please note that our selling fees are at the bottom of our selling page.

How long do my items remain on the site? 

In the event that your item has not been sold after 12 months, we will contact you to outline your options.

  • The items can be returned to the seller, but you will be required to cover the shipping fees.
  • The items can remain on site, subject to the approval of The Cirkel team.
  • The items can also be donated to charity.

Is there a specific list of brands that you accept

There is no specific brand list. Instead, the focus is on quality clothing and great pieces! Please note that at the moment, we cannot accept garments from low-value fast-fashion brands, out-of-season or poor-condition items.

How are high-value goods authenticated?  

We professionally authenticate all high-priced designer bags through an industry-leading third-party authentication company, Entrupy. The platform has a 99.4% accuracy by using microscopic images of physical objects to distinguish between genuine and counterfeit designer goods. We don’t sell any items that we have any suspicions of being counterfeit.

This service costs £40 to the Seller per item (except Hermès - £75), and this fee will be deducted from the final value we transfer you once the item sells) but allows us to sell your items faster and for a much greater value. However, if the handbag proves to be counterfeit, the Seller must make the payment directly to The Cirkel.

The Cirkel reserves the right to withhold any counterfeit designer handbag received. Where The Cirkel approves the return of any counterfeit items, the associated postage costs for the return will be covered by the Seller.

 

How do I get my items to The Cirkel? 

Once you have discussed your items with one of the team members, we will arrange a free postal or in-person collection. Please ensure everything is clean, with no stains or marks. We will contact you directly to advise if your clothes need cleaning or repair. This will be at your cost and may either be taken out of your pay-out or required to pay upfront.

Currently, we have a minimum requirement of 10 items per seller before we can cover the postage/collection costs. However, exceptions can be made for certain high-value items, so please get in touch if you have any questions.  

As a seller, how do I get paid? 

Payouts will be made via bank transfer 30 days after the point of sale to allow the returns period to pass.

Our ‘Cirkel’ back scheme allows buyers to ‘Cirkel’ garments they’ve purchased from us back to our store (we will cover postage costs!) and receive a guaranteed 50-70% of the original price paid in vouchers. Not only does this reduces textile waste, but it allows buyers to refresh their wardrobe sustainably.
