So so happy with this bag. Beautiful

I recently found The Cirkel because my sister had recommended them. I was looking for a dress for my step son’s wedding. I found a dress and ordered it. The dress came very quickly and was exactly what was described and corresponded exactly to the pictures on the website. Unfortunately when it arrived and I tried it on, I looked like a sack of potatoes in it! So I had no choice but to send it back. I didn’t realise that The Cirkel does not offer refunds, only credit notes, so I will bear this in mind in future.
I think their wide choice of items and good photographs make it easy to select lovely things and I will definitely continue to buy from them.

Felt like a kids size

Order a little box clutch from the Elizabeth Sutton collection, absolutely delighted with it. Just fab, can’t wait to take it on holiday. Great service, fast delivery.

I was so pleased with this dress but it didn’t fit. I would have sent it back but because of the value would only receive credit. That would be OK but most of the items available are usually in much smaller sizes, so didn’t think I’d use the credit in the foreseeable future. Will try to recoup cost by offering on Marketplace. Apart for that the service is very good, and the item was as described so if you are a small size would definitely recommend.

Having purchased the dress online I realised shopify put my order through with an incorrect delivery address so I decided to visit the shop. The team were so great and helpful and the dress is a dream. It took all my powers of persuasion not to make more purchases on the spot. I have recommended it to several people already and would not hesitate to go back.
