I didn’t receive my order yet! And I tried to contact the customer service and there’s no answer !

This bag is lovely. I have literally used it for the 1st time this evening, taxi to table and have lost 2 faux gem stones from the front of the bag

I am from The Netherlands and before my order was sent, I got an e-mail from Suzannah if I was aware that I had to pay customs charges, and what the estimated duties, taxes, and fees would be. So thoughtful! The beautiful dress was worth the extra money. It was shipped quickly and it looked perfect. I am a very pleased customer.

I recently purchased two Chanel handbags from The Cirkle (well, my husband secretly purchased one before I could get the order placed!). Both bags were perfect. Having just discovered the company on Instagram the night before the orders were place, I a little unsure of how the experience would go but the staff were absolutely fantastic (poor Lillie thought she's spoiled my husband's 25th wedding anniversary surprise). Whilst visiting my daughter in London recently she took me in to The Circkel - such a beautiful store with the friendliest most lovely owner. I bought a pair of Lovers + Friends jeans which I love, so different and the fit is perfect. All round a lovely shopping experience.

Doesn’t really sit on my shoulders as shown in the picture therefore doesn’t really suit me. Not quite as expected and was pricy so have returned and will try another item. Thanks to customer support for your efficient help.
